ABI Team Leadership was first conceived by Jason Law an I/O Psychology graduate from the University of Colorado. As he finished his advanced degree and worked full-time for a management consulting firm he realized the need for team leadership development. This thought became a primary focus, which lead him to design a training environment that could facilitate team development and increase the transfer of training knowledge back into the work place. ABI Team Leadership was born from this experience. By combining classroom work and hands on experience we are able to achieve a training environment that can teach coach and facilitate better recall of learned skills.
